Come back to me, my Sun. My world remains in shadows without you.
Poem text.
They wait at night, my darling. All of them.
The robin slumbers by the tranquil lake,
the beetle rests upon the growing stem,
and all the trees expect the day to break.
They need a sign, a whisper and command,
to move at last, to finally partake
in Nature’s Grand Design across the land.
When you’re asleep, the world is all at stake.
But as you rise, without a single word,
they hear it in the wind if for your sake—
that Nature tells the flower and the bird,
“Begin at once. The Sun is now awake.”

You have such a classic readers voice it was soothing to listen to and it paired so well with this extremely well written poem ♡
As the sun awakens, so too does the true heart <3 Oodles of love, brilliant poem!
